By enrolling in Private Client Sourcing Management and/or One Off Private Client Sourcing, you are accepting these terms of services.

Hiring individual or business “Client”
Marissa Mae Sayers “Service Provider”

Contract Services:

SERVICES: Private Client Sourcing Management and/or One Off Private Client Sourcing

PAYMENT:

One Off Private Client Sourcing: Client agrees to pay $500 for 1 product to be sourced or $1000 for 3 products to be sourced.

Private Client Sourcing Management: Client agrees to pay $750/month for ongoing sourcing management until all sourced products are delivered and accepted by client.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:

Client understands that Service Provider is not an employee and that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals, as in a partnership, where mutual professional respect, courtesy, and consideration are expected.

Due to the virtual nature of the partnership, Client understands the importance of communication, and agrees to respond to questions, requests, and communications from Marissa Mae Sayers in a timely manner.

Client understands that Service Provider is a business with other clients to service and requires fair, realistic notice in order to attend to requests and projects. Poor planning or miscommunication on the part of Clients will not constitute an emergency for Service Provider.

Client understands that Service Provider may require detailed clarification in order to meet expectations and provide the best support and highest quality of work. It is also Client's responsibility to provide requested information to Service Provider in a timely and organized manner.

EXPENSES:

Expenses incurred on behalf of Client are NOT included in any fees and will be billed to Client. This includes the cost of goods sourced.
