Andrea’s factory required a 2,000-meter minimum order because her fabric color wasn’t one they stocked. She didn’t need that much fabric, and she didn’t want to lose a supplier she’d worked with since 2019.
My suggestion: accept the minimum, have the factory store the unused fabric with the option to sell it to other clients, and after 365 days, use the rest or have it shipped in bolts.
